Born in Moldova after the Soviet collapse, I was inspired by "Dallas" and chased my American Dream through education in the USA. I thrived on the creative energy of business, but neglected my boundaries and focused solely on external success.
At 33, burnout knocked me down with crushing depression and anxiety. During that dark year, a single line in Christophe André's book "Méditer" changed everything: "Vous n'êtes pas vos pensées" (You are not your thoughts). This revelation was life-changing and it began my journey inward.
Motherhood became another profound teacher. After two years of trying naturally, we needed medical intervention—four artificial inseminations, followed by IVF. Our son Elliott was born when I was 35, becoming my little Buddha, inviting even deeper self-inquiry. When our last frozen embryo transfer failed at 43, I faced not just the grief of never having a second child, but the end of a 10-year identity journey.
This midlife unraveling led me to a complete reinvention.
I dedicated myself to five years of intensive training, becoming certified as both a coach and functional nutritionist. I love learning. I keep getting trained and acquiring new skills, new tools to help my amazing clients today.

Season 2: SPRING - THE RELEASE
This is where we roll up our sleeves and begin the real transformation work. Based on your lab results, we'll implement targeted nutritional protocols to rebalance your hormones and optimize your biochemistry—addressing those root causes that have been draining your energy for years. While your body begins healing, we'll use powerful coaching tools to release limiting beliefs and stuck emotions that have been weighing you down. Season 3: SUMMER - THE FLOURISHING
This is when your transformation becomes visible and tangible! While Spring focused on releasing and beginning the healing process, Summer is about actively building your new life. Your hormonal balance and energy have improved enough that you can now implement powerful daily routines that stick. You'll master the science of habit formation using the Atomic Habits framework, creating sustainable systems for nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management. There's no one-size-fits-all schedule—your biology, health situation, desires, and life context all play a role in determining your pace.
Some women complete the full 4-season journey within 6 months, while others benefit from a full year of deeper exploration, sometimes longer. You will feel what's teh right thing for you.
That's why I offer flexible monthly commitment (2-4 sessions per month based on your needs), allowing you to adjust, pause, or continue as we progress through your inner § outer seasons.
My sessions are longer than what is usually practiced out there,
between 90 min - 2 hours long. The investment is 200 euros a session.
