If you:
You want to feel better. Happier.
You are done with feeling sluggish, tired, old, unhealthy.
You want to find your place. Take your seat.
You want more meaning in your life.
You want to feel connected.
You want to feel alive. Deeply alive.
You are questioning your career choices.
Your are questioning your life choices.
You are questioning your drive for doing more, achieving more, wanting more.
You are tired of tirelessly striving.
You are secretly afraid of having regrets. Maybe not just yet, but soon.
Regrets that you did not even try. That you did not dare.
Dare to live fully.
Dare to explore more, play more.
Dare to be present.
Dare to ditch the striving.
And feel embodied. Feel alive. Feel aligned. Feel free.
You want to be Seen. Heard. Understood.

My clients are ambitious, successful women leaders in their late 30's or in their 40's. They are female corporate leaders and managers, female founders and entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, they are moms, want to become moms or not at all. They tend to suffer from perfectionism or people pleasing. And they certainly feel caught in a loop where nothing quite excites them anymore as before or negatively impacts them.
They feel they're meant for more.
They want success and they also want more meaning, more happiness and a deep sense of aliveness.
Can they have it all?
Yes, I believe they can. It requires them to see what could become possible, change the way they think, shift their habits, deepen their purpose and live up to their potential.
That's exactly the work I do. I help them change from within. Grow. Self-transform. Self-transcend. Self-actualise.
I help the ambitious women strivers in the second half of life feel empowered to completely rethink what's possible for them, personally and/or professionally, redefine their reality and choose to reshape the rest of their lives.
There are so many coaches out there, how do you choose the "right" one?
Several questions cross your mind. "What does a coach do exactly?", "Is she a good coach?", "Will I like her personality?", "What's her method?", "How experienced is she?", "Will we even click?"
Choosing a coach is a combination of all of these elements. It's about connection, credibility and ...chemistry.
The initial 30 min consultation that I'm offering to any potential new client allows to see if we might be a good fit. Please don't feel shy in any way, go ahead and book yours. It's a free session, no sales pitching, no expectations and no awkwardness.
A little bit about me. I was born in Moldova, I studied in the USA and France and, at 23 years old, I moved to Belgium for love. Even though that love story ended, I decided to stay in Belgium. Belgium grew on me. Little did I know that soon Belgium would become my true home, where I met my future husband. I am 43 years old, and I'm mom to our 8-year-old boy, Elliott.
In my first career of 15 years at Levi Strauss in brand management and marketing, I learnt how to be strategic, lead people through change and achieve beautiful things together.
I loved my career at Levi's, but I wasn't using all of my true strengths and gifts. I wanted something more meaningful and with the human being in the center. I found it in coaching and nutrition. But first, I had to navigate 2 rounds of my own professional and personal "dark night of the soul", when I was 32 years old and later, when I was 40 years old. Each very different in the nature of the experience and the nature of self-inquiry. The first one was a full-blown burnout with depression. The second one was an existential "dark night of the soul". All these experiences shaped my coaching around the key theme of finding meaning.
My training comes from:
Since little, I have been drawn to asking existentialistic questions about the nature of experience, inquiring into "who I am" and "what is all of this all about". I derive inspiration, guidance and wisdom from the practice of mindfulness meditation, Buddhist and Advaita Vedanta non-duality teachings and Stoic philosophy.
My Services
I am a certified coach. I am also a certified nutritionist.
I guess you could say I'm a women's transformational coach in their second half of life. But the title doesn't really matter. What matters is how I can help.
I help ambitious women strivers in the second half of life feel empowered to completely rethink what's possible for them, personally and/or professionally, redefine their reality and choose to reshape the rest of their lives.
My approach is holistic, helping the full person, in her full life, with her personal and professional challenges.
As a Coach, I help you with:

Taking your seat
Feeling like you're meant for more
Understanding what your strengths are
Better at time § energy management
Procrastination, guilt § shame

Self-love
Becoming a better leader
Balancing ambition and motherhood
Work-Life balancing
What is coaching and is it for you?
Well, the answers you need can come only from within. A coach will not tell you what to do or how to do it.
So, why work with a coach then?
Because you have tried to create the change you want already, but you did not succeed. Or only partially.
Change is difficult. If it were easy, you would have done it long time ago.
Change requires becoming conscious about things that keep you stuck or keep you small.
Change requires deconstructing old beliefs, old behaviours, old patterns of thinking.
Change requires creating something totally new. Using imagination, creativity, expansion in awareness.
Coaching is exploring what could become possible for you.
A coach helps you see bigger, bolder, truer.
A coach is like a sparring partner, dedicated to bring the best in you. Sometimes through some pain or discomfort. But only for a moment, until you become aware of it, process it and let go.
A coach never tells, never gives advise. That's the role of a consultant or a mentor.
A coach doesn't psycho-analyse your past neither. That's the role of a therapist.
A coach helps you bring all your parts together. A coach helps you feel whole, as your true nature has always been.
Coaching is a journey of self-inquiry, self-discovery and ultimately, self-actualisation.
As a coach, I believe that you have all the answers you need inside you. My job is to believe in your beautiful potential and help you achieve it.

My approach as Functional Nutritionist:
As a double certified Nutritionist and Integrative Health Coach, I will help you navigate through your deeply personal health § wellbeing challenge.
As a consultant, I will support you with advise, delivered in an inspiring and eye-opening way.
My approach is focused on identifying the root cause(s) behind your symptoms and addressing the situation holistically.
What I teach is backed up in scientific research.
I like to start with requesting a functional lab work (blood § urine), so that we work with concrete data and can measure progress.
Based on your experience of how you feel (anamnesis), the data from the lab, and the objective you want to reach, I will suggest an action plan around nutrition choices, supplements and new habits.
A big part of our work together will be dedicated to optimising your gut health and microbiome, because of the fundamental role the gut plays in your health § wellbeing.
I love to be extremely pedagogical and explain how things function in a clear, vulgarised way to my clients. I do this, because I believe that you need to really understand how the chemistry in your body works, because knowing will make you curious and more involved in your healing.
I will support you in building new, extremely powerful habits, as breathing techniques, meditation, movement, fasting ...We will do it slow, tiny step at a time, but building up and compounding the benefits over time.
I will teach you how to use insights from neuroscience to create these new healthy habits, to beat procrastination and to succeed in staying consistent over time.
OK, you're curious or excited to try it.
How does it all work?
If you've never tried coaching, then the best place to start is for us to jump on a quick 20 min call. This is a 20 min gameplan free call that you can book directly here on this page. The purpose of this call is for you to share what you have going on, I'll share what I do and by the end we'll both know if we're a great fit and we get to choose each other...or decide if someone or something might work better for you.
If we choose to work together, then I will invite you to book your "Personal Strategy Session", which is 2 hours long. During this 2-hour-long laser-focused coaching session we will dive deep into your situation and I'll help you get a tonne of clarity about what's keeping you stuck and we'll clarify also the objective and build a roadmap to get you there. The investment for the 2-hour "Personal Strategy Session" is 240 euros.
Then, if you decide you want my help to "do the work", then I will explain you all the details of how I like to work with my clients, so as they get the best results in the most time § money efficient way. As a heads-up, my philosophy is that deep work and building new habits takes a bit of time. You can get powerful insights in one single session, but if you want to truly change your life, a single session most probably isn't enough. Therefore, I ask of my clients a minimum of 3 months commitment. But no worries, I'll explain all of the details when we chat and you can decide afterwards. No expectations and no hard feeling whatsoever.
About my sessions:
I run the sessions face-to-face or over Zoom.
The face-to-face sessions take place in my office in Meise, next to Brussels.
Choosing a coach is a combination of connection, credibility, chemistry and also commitment (time, energy, money).
This is why the best place to start is to simply book a discovery session with me. It's a free initial 20 min gameplan that I'm offering to any potential new client.
